1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

3. Free Shipping Orders over $60 qualify for free Standard Shipping. Orders over $80 qualify for free Priority or Express Shipping at checkout.
4. Tracking Your Order Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package directly through our website or the carrier's portal.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes All orders are shipped on a duties-unpaid basis. Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or other import charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Alterie is not liable for delays caused by customs authorities. Refusal to pay import charges may result in the shipment being returned, abandoned, or destroyed — in which case no refund will be issued.
